Why I hate The Schooling Mindset?
If you have noticed people work really hard to 'rote memorize' formulas and get depressed due to less marks? Here's the reason for that.

It is a common belief in India that Study Hard = Good Grades = Good Job = Good Salary = Good Life. But the problem arises when we start to forget that there is a world outside this strategy. People think that a life with 9 to 5 Job and a good salary means success, while all they are doing is trading their time and freedom--which is the purest form of wealth--for a piece of fiat currency which is literally printed out of thin air.
Why do I get good grades then? Because in our society, marks = your intelligence. It won't be shocking when I get people boasting about getting 4% more than me. They cannot be blamed. They are conditioned to solve 5 Example sums, 5 Exercise sums and then solve the same type of sums in the Exam and call this Mathematics. There is no sense of Problem Solving here at all. All they did is introduce a new 'algorithm' to their mind--which just so happens to be the most powerful computing device in this Universe--and made it use that algorithm again and again for a whole chapter, rewiring it to feel 'victorious'. A complete waste of potential. Nowadays the concept of thinking is going extinct. People use ChatGPT to reply to E-mails and even chat on WhatsApp! I wonder if God is regretting giving us a 3 pound piece of meat inside our skull. Oh, sorry, it is busy solving Exercises; I forgot.
People admire Elon Musk, Steve Jobs, Ramanujan, Einstein, etc. but never question once why they were who they were. Those were the people who thought what was never dared to be thought. These people may have advantages from birth, but "We all are dealt different cards; but it is up to us how we make the most of it". Einstein couldn't even imagine having every piece of knowledge at his fingerprints. He would have changed the world if he had phone! No. He would not. He would be a kid who posts cringe images on Instagram just to trick his brain into mistaking digital 'likes' for validation.
So what should we do then? Mass-leave Schools? No. That's not the way. All we have to do is use School as a tool. use it to train yourself to be focused on topics you don't like. Use it to develop your social skills. Learn how to develop photographic memory (yes, it can be developed). Learn outside the syllabus, outside the restrains. Ever wondered what does an Ambassador of a country does? Go search it on! You won't even realise when you would have Diplomacy learnt!
